Founded in 1990, Winston Group is a multi-skilled property development company, highly experienced in property development, refurbishment, property investment and development management.
We have successfully completed over $150 Million of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects in over 75 separate transactions, using cutting edge project structuring and funding solutions designed for risk mitigation and optimised project outcomes.
Key to our success has been the diligent monitoring of economic cycles, market forces and localised conditions, which have allowed us to objectively identify opportunities with the potential to out-perform. To that extent we do not see to follow the herd, opting instead to set our own course.
Using our in-depth local market knowledge, 20-year experience and large base of industry contacts, we have shifted our focus to where we can maximise our long-term opportunities on a risk weighted basis. This has lead to our commitment to the resource-driven economies of Mackay and Darwin.
Winston Group has built its business model on innovation and the efficient and successful investment of private capital, sourced on a project-by-project basis and structured in such a way as to amplify returns and minimise risk.
We choose projects that respond to real market forces and genuine demand, and believe our long-term focus on Mackay and Darwin could not be better placed.
All projects are coordinated by Director and Cofounder Clinton Arentz and a central management team with a focus on efficient and fast decision making, flexible thinking and a hands-on 'will do' execution.
Our integrated approach to project management ensures that all our developments meet our strict due diligence and quality control standards. Each project receives 100% commitment from the experienced project team. Our achievements have been acknowledged by numerous awards and distinctions from the UDIA, Property Council of Australia, Business Review Weekly, Territory Construction Association (TCA) and Business QLD.
